Synchronization of Pressure Reducing System

One of the most important thing to ensure that the process runs properly is by doing synchronization of the Pressure Reducing System (PRS).

Synchronization generally is processes or steps taken to ensuring two or more components or systems run simultaneously. Synchronization is performed when installing new components, after repair or replacement of any system components, routine maintenance, or upgrading the system due to breakdown of the unit so the unit needs to be maintained or upgraded depending on the condition of the unit.

In this case, synchronization is done to organise and synchronize 2 units of PRS with different capacity of each, 2500 m3/day and 1800 m3/day, when used together in supplying gas to ensure that the supply system is running smoothly and in line. Further impacts of the well-operated system are unhindered gas supply to client as per their needs, metering gas works well, and better quality of real-time data can be obtained as well.

To sum up, synchronization is ensuring two or more components work simultaneously, preventing interruptions during processing and improves real-time data acquisitions so the process will be more efficient. Therefore, Synchronization is needed as per clients’ requirements to reach their needs and achieve customer satisfaction.
