Ferronickel Smelter Work Project

Jakarta, September 2023 – PT. Otto Nusantara Energy is pleased to announce its partnership with PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. Under this collaboration, PT. Otto Nusantara Energy will serve as the Subcontractor for Mechanical and Electrical Work for 5 Buildings in the Initial Work Project for the Construction of a Ferronickel Smelter starting in July 2023.

The scope of work that will be taken by PT. Otto Nusantara Energy includes the process of procurement and also mechanical and electrical installation such as cable tray installation, cable installation, plumbing installation, and panel lighting installation.

Furthermore, these five buildings will play a role in the extraction and processing of ferronickel, contributing significantly to Indonesia’s market, specifically the nickel industry. Beyond ferronickel production, these facilities will create a multiple of employment opportunities within the region.

As PT. Otto Nusantara Energy embarked on this remarkable collaboration with PT. PP (Persero) Tbk, PT. Otto Nusantara Energy remains firm in providing the best mechanical and electrical services according to the standards. They eagerly contributed to the success of these projects and subsequently, the prosperity of Kolaka and Southeast Sulawesi.
