Operational Manager
Tanggung Jawab
- Memahami dan menjalankan kebijakan dan prosedur secara umum, serta Prosedur Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja serta Lingkungan (K3L) di Perusahaan.
- Plan minor & major maintenance for Equipment (Head Truck, Truck, Bed Trailer, Tube Skid, Pressure Reducing System, Metering System, Gas Burner and gas pipe line).
- Plan the procurement of equipment and spare parts efficiently and effectively, and control accurate spare part inventory and conduct periodic stock-taking.
- Plan and make minimum stock of spare parts both for Pressure Reducing System,
Metering System, Tube, Truck, Head Truck, Bed Trailer. - Plan and control the cost of maintenance, repair and procurement of spare parts for Equipment (Pressure Reducing System, Metering System, Gas Transportation Module and equipment and other supporting equipment), with efficient and effective costs.
- Design an optimal Pressure Reducing System & Metering System and develop an optimal and safety
methodology. - Monitoring and controlling gas collection and distribution to all customers by utilizing GTM and Man Power along with monitoring and controlling gas quality, sales volume to all customers along with making reports on gas purchases and sales.
- Plan and control operational costs for gas delivery to all customers.
- Organize and ensure the schedule of operators, drivers and mechanics are well coordinated.
- Supervise the implementation of repair and maintenance: Head Truck, Truck, Bed Trailer, Tube Skid, Pressure Reducing System, Metering System, Gas Burner and gas pipe line, along with making maintenance and repair reports, and improving the skills and knowledge of all subordinates.
- Supervise and maintain relationships with related parties to maintain a smooth scheduleof gas delivery according to the planned schedule.
- Provide input and assist for the calculation of CNG offers for new customer opportunities and develop improvement ideas for the company’s progress.
- Ensure the fulfillment of legality, permits, and regulations are carried out properly (for example: regarding business licenses, licenses and vehicle & cylinder documents, etc.)
- Melaksanakan implementasi Quality Management System dan HSE Management System di area kerja.
Kualifikasi
- Laki - laki
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum D3/D4/S1 in Engineering Major
- Preferably experienced in Operation & Maintenance CNG as Operational Manager
- Mastering in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
- Mastering in one of the drawing software (AutoCad / Solidwork / Catia / etc)
- Able to plan and Control Operation & Maintenance
- Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
