Responsibilities
- Handle internal administration process: Manpower’s Transportation & Accomodation, Business Trip, and Reimbursement.
- Handle administration process for HRD Division: Purchase Requisition, Payment Requisition, and Cash Advance.
- Handle and accomodate office’s administration needs
- Handle building and vehicle needs (electrical and internet bills, renovation, taxes, vehicle service)
- Input daily transactions and bills by Accounting Software (Accurate) and Microsoft Office Excel
- Familiar with Accurate Software will be a plus
- Report fund usage of HRD division
- Manage the administration of employee’s Medical Check Up
- Manage the administration of health insurance
- Prepare monthly fund request for HRD transactions
Basic Qualifications
- Man/Woman, maximum 25 years old.
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affair, fresh graduate may apply.
- Understand and able to accomodate company’s operational needs such as: facility management, legality, general administration, and company inventory.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understand petty cash management and procurement process.
- Able to handle licensing documents, correspondence, and archives.
- Able to work as a team or individually with a good communication, and able to coordinate and negotiate.
- Willing to work to site (if needed)
- Willing to work in South Jakarta
