HR Legal
Responsibilities
- Provide legal opinions on corporate issues, including employment law, business law, and relevant regulations.
- Draft and review cooperation agreements with vendors and clients to protect the company’s interests.
- Draft and review operational contracts and employee employment contracts to ensure they comply with applicable laws.
- Draft and review company regulations and internal policies.
- Managing the administration of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, particularly BPJS Jasa Konstruksi.
- Handling the recruitment process from assessment to onboarding of new employees.
- Draft and review employee compensation and benefit schemes in accordance with company policy.
- Performing actuarial reporting related to employee benefit obligations or relevant Jain requirements, working with actuarial consultants when necessary.
- Handling disciplinary violations and corrective actions against employees.
- Manage and update employee data, both physical and digital, and ensure its security and completeness.
- Arrange regular medical check-ups for employees.
- Compile and present monthly reports for the HR department.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology
- Fresh Graduate may apply, preferably a 1 year of experience in the legal, human resources, or both fields.
- Understanding of labor law, business law, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan management.
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Able to work independently or in a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
